Just came back from sch. Didn't want to attend LFS(Grammar) and S&W lesson. Grammar is such a waste of time. Ya, maybe just for me. So, I need to study for my Customer Service Mock Test tmr. From unit 1 to 11 -.- I think i can pass if she ask us to study from chapter 1 to 5. I think i need to study for my Effective Communication too. I got grade B for my exam. I want to get grade A.
