Today went to Shatec again for cooking. LOL! Reached there at 9.50am? Then went to the 4th floor. My leg is now sleeping. LOL! No more 4th floor please for tmr! Went to the Demo Kitchen. The master chef demonstrate how to cook, boil, grill and how to hold a knife. Went for our break at 11. After break, continue our theory and stuff. At 12 went for lunch break again until 1.30pm. Went to the nearby shop bought Oreo. kekeke! long time didn't eat oi! 1.30pm went to the 1st floor kitchen and cook. Partner with Siti. We must cook two dishes. So difficult until i forgot what to put. It's like too many ingredients and too many step. Somemore the foods are like 10 times nicer than you or your family cook. LOL! Like 5 stars hotel food. We were given 3hrs to cook and all. Too me, 3hr is not enough. LOL! Marinate the chicken and all. Owww, my hands smell. I peeled 6 prawns's skin. The smell.....! arhhhh! Done! All finished with their cook already but Siti and mine are not done yet. We must finished at 4.20 but at 4 we still doing the chicken. lol! then we don't know what to do bcos the daren chef said we got no time. We put all the ingredients into 1. LoL! Like mixed the ingredients. We didn't follow the instructions. But suprisingly, Ace, Hakim and Kiki said our food taste good. LOL! Better don't get stomach pain la! Then i have to wash all the utensils and all. The fry pan is too heavy. 1 of the utensils looks like a basket. LOL! I'm the one who washed them and carried them! Because Siti injured her hand. SILLY! (: Went back to school at 4.30pm. Go home, took a shower and sleep. Tmr need to go to Shatec again! Hope it's not cooking again! (: Won't go into the kitchen. Too stuffy and hot! The place is small. |
